Key Associates is a transition based service company with a special focus on helping older adults and those with special needs get to where they need to be - - whether that means helping them adapt to aging safely and comfortably in their own homes or helping them prepare their homes for sale and move on. Located in Hendersonville, NC, Key Associates serves clients in the greater Asheville, Hendersonville and Brevard areas of North Carolina and the greater Greenville, South Carolina and upstate area. Stay-at-home services include but are not limited to helping those with special needs maintain their homes and routines and thereby live independently as well as helping seniors age-in-place and stay longer in the homes they love. Such services include home modifications; safety checks; remodeling or redesigning for accessibility; repurposing rooms and furnishings, addressing home maintenance issues, landscaping and yard work as well as cleaning services. Helping maintain schedules and calendaring appointments, running errands and all manner of support services fall under the company’s stay-at-home services. Key Associates’ certified senior move management or relocation services are designed to alleviate much of the stress involved in moving and/or downsizing. Whether coordinating and overseeing an entire move or taking on a small portion, Key Associates tailors their services to meet the individual needs of their clients. From organizing and decluttering to the orderly distribution of items no longer needed, services are designed to help guide clients through any or every aspect of a move. Key Associates can provide professional referrals to real estate professionals, auction houses, and reputable consignment businesses and can act as your liaison with these companies as well as with the moving company and/or retirement community. Preparing a floor plan for your new home, packing, unpacking and complete set up of your new home - - right down to hanging the pictures on the walls, making the beds and stocking the refrigerator are other important services available. Key Associates’ Style Division provides expert, accredited home staging as well as interior design, interior redesign and decorating services. Extensive background and training in the fields of real estate and staging as well as proven experience in helping get homes sold quickly and profitably set them apart from other staging companies. Whether providing a staging evaluation or taking on full responsibility for preparing a home for sale, the firm serves homeowners, builders and realtors, with both occupied and empty home staging. Quality furnishings are available for rent on a monthly basis. Design, decorating and redesign projects are based on a lifestyle-centered design philosophy that stems from the belief that function and beauty can and should coexist.
