Founder and owner, Luellen Kirchner, brings to Key Associates over 25 years of management and executive management experience.  After many years as the executive director of a national consulting firm, in 2005, Luellen and her husband, Bob, decided to make Western North Carolina their full-time residence.  Not long after moving to the area she loves, Luellen decided to start a business doing the things she loves.  

 

In keeping with a desire to provide the highest standard of service, Luellen is a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers and holds the coveted CRTS designation, as a Certified Residential Transition Specialist.  She also has extensive training and knowledge of interior design and decorating and holds certification in home staging and interior redesign, is an International Staging and Redesign ProfessionalTM and a member of the IDDP (International Design & Decorating Professionals).
